excellent food and quality, we found very well, excellent also the reception. to repeat

I really liked this chef dinner j. the place is nice and cozy, unpretentious. I enjoyed the Vietnamese involtini, clearly made in the house. excellent duck cooked with orange and crispy pepper. to try, in my opinion, crispy eggplants with spicy room. the ravioli on the plate do not disfigure compared to those I ate in the cina. and then I must say that the service was courteous: It was not obvious to bring dessert with candles to blow for my daughter's birthday. chefj is a family-run Manchurian cuisine tavern. the proposal of the dishes is really great and the quality, which is difficult to choose which is my favorite. I highly recommend ravioli both of tradition and those in flavored sauce. to try also the choice of vegetables (very good spinach salad with peanuts) and especially duck in orange sauce. Moreover, besides the goodness of the dishes, the offer of the wines is well studied and everything is served with professionalism and courtesy.

the cuisine of the chef j has little to do with the typical Chinese cuisine to which we are accustomed in Italy. the passion with which he and his staff bring to the table the tradition of manchuria is extraordinary and makes every experience unforgettable. some dishes are very delicate, others are an explosion of goto, but in any case they are always well balanced. wool is a huge country with ancient traditions, if you want to discover a new facet of their cuisine, this is the right place.
