great experience! I was glad we could come in without a reservation. for Euro/Person we enjoyed a cursor-style French cuisine.

traditional and classic very good french cuisine, and extremely affordable looking at the high quality of meals, in a small and quiet place.

Just been for lunch here and had scallops with a bottle of Viognier. Both of us did not want to finish. The scallops were glorious, the service personal and warm. And the coffee was superb as well.

a simple menu and limited dishes to choose from, but we were thrilled and surprised with the level of quality for a cursor menu. Safe among our favourites in Alsace! very nice service .. we come back!

Little restaurant in Mulhouse, where you can have a qualitative menu for a very reasonable price. Ingredient are qualitative, portions are more than ok. Beautiful presentation on fan y plates. Most dishes lack seasoning however. Very friendly service by the lady of the house.

we enjoyed every minute of this classic French restaurants. we found it on tripadvisor and were glad we made it! it is a glorious sound fantastic French eating, brilliant service with smiles and warmth, although we do not speak French thanks chez august. we. can visit mulhouse in the future, only to die here chocolate soaps!

Took TripAdvisor's advice and booked the No 1 restaurant in Mulhouse. Lovely intimate atmosphere, warm welcome by friendly waiter and, later, the owner, delicious meal - the ideal way to spend two hours before heading off to the Euro airport at Basel. The veal casserole was superb and my wife loved the onglet de boeuf. 3 course menu for 25 euros was very good value for superior food. Asolutely necessary to book as it holds only about 24 diners and to get there by 1 pm for lunch. Great way to end our stay in France.

We enjoyed a remarkably good lunch here in early June. It was memorable especially the scallops and the desserts. The menus are carefully constructed and hit just the right balance between classic and modern French cuisine at a sensible price. The wines are well chosen...and the atmosphere is just right, combining good service with a pleasant informality. In short, this is a very fine bistro and a must if you are in Mulhouse. The downside, of course, is that it enjoys a formidable reputation booking is essential, especially in the evenings. Strongly recommended.

We were (me with my wife) at dinner yesterday and chose a menu for Euro which consisted of a side dish, second course and dessert. The restaurant is located a little off the beaten track but we hit without a problem. The booking made...more willing than places and even though it was Tuesday evening the restaurant was booked full. We were greeted by a very nice lady and a avocado appetizer (very delicate taste, perfectly served), pork cheeks cooked hours (perfect taste) and dessert (panacotta and chocolate soufflé two delicious desserts).
