It's the second time I'm going to eat at marthe and it confirmed what I thought: this restaurant is excellent. Why? home kitchen, very generous and a warm welcome for a very correct price. I tasted a cantal burger the first time that was excellent with homemade fries and a salmon tartare today that was just as excellent. The accompaniment consisted of homemade fries and a small salad with lots of different raw vegetables and a very tasteful sauce! as a previous comment said, it's nice to see that there are still restaurants of this type and in addition it's next to me

Reservation taken by phone at 12h for 12h30, no waiting on the phone. The welcome is nice, and you're settled immediately. Drink ordering is made as long as you sit at your table, and is served in the minutes. We ask you quickly, without rushing, your choice for the meal. The dishes are served with a more than suitable waiting time (10 minutes). A piece of meat for Monsieur and a salad for me, the plates are beautiful and good. We offer you dessert directly when you get rid of yourself, as well as coffee. To summarize, winch the top, fast and efficient service, and eat well. The daily dish changes regularly and is not available for 50 people either (good sign). The desserts are homemade every day. I took a veal tendon, dauphinois gratin and chorizo sauce.
