Probably the best fried mussels to be enjoyed on Wissant currently. This historic Wise institution (see the frescoes of German prisoners in the large old room) is worth the detour and offers marine mussels without defect, and a good homemade Papin pie if we have yet to finish after the copier ration proposed.
