The covid pandemic and Ill before is the reason for the gap but totally amazed the food is of a great standard and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and attentive I would highly recommend a visit

I was eating here last night and enjoying an ingenious meal. grated around 21 clock and revived excellent service. dim sum was .superb followed by huh with earlyning tweezers and ingwer. great service ang good value

We enjoyed our Christmas dinner at this restaurant. The food was exceptional, as was the service. The dim sum was delightful, and my G&T was perfect. This restaurant offers great value for money, and we believe they serve the best dim sum in Glasgow.

very fresh seafood authentically cooked. we ordered some dimming sum, lobster noodles, choy sum and tofu. lobster noodles are comparable if not better than what they get in queensway london restaurants like mandarin kitchen. I think that's because of the fresh seafood they are. really helpful and friendly staff. it was full of lunch on Monday and def worth a visit if they are in the opposite

There are only a few restaurants that make me want to return to a city on consecutive trips. Next to Dim-Summe-Spinnclips, this time we decided to try the Beijing duck. The duck was perfectly cooked with crispy skin and tender meat, just like you would get in Peking. I was pleasantly surprised by how the quality and taste compared to Da Dong in Peking, although it lacked the fancy presentation. I wonder what I should try next time?

eating was great (beef xo ho fun esp) and personal friendly and efficient. but only cash? another 2020 review found that the management in the mai 2021 reacted to say that the credit card machine does not work “on that day”. must be terrible fault...with this card machine, as it did not work today (in jan 2022.) next cash point 10mins away so that a total pain in ass to go into the rain. Anyway, it was worth eating was great at the end.

We have been regulars at this restaurant for many years, even through changes in ownership. Since the recent refurbishment, prices have increased and portion sizes have decreased. The flavors have also changed slightly and are not quite the same. However, we recently encountered issues with their credit card machines and were advised to bring cash. This seemed like a questionable excuse for a restaurant to make. We will be monitoring our credit card charges closely. We have never had issues with credit card machines before, and the explanation given to us seemed unreliable. Make sure to have valid reasons for any inconveniences.

We walked in with very little expectation with it being the only restaurant opened in the Chinatown area. The staff spoke Cantonese which already gave off a friendly vibe. We ordered the lobster noodles, string beans with garlic sauce, deep fried squid and 3combination roast...meats the roast duck was one of the best weve had in the UK, including London. The lobster was cooked perfectly, the noodles were crispy and soaked the flavourful spring onion sauce. We polished off every dish despite being overwhelmingly full! We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, in fact were only staying in Glasgow for 2 days but are considering going back to try their dim sum menu... Lastly, with their dine...

First visit since new owners and lockdown over and wasn't impressed, went in with an open mind but the drinks where hot and they seemed shocked when we asked for ice for my wine, you should not have to put ice in bottled beer too,...they looked at us as if we where from outerspace when we stated the drinks where warm, who wants warm drinks with food?there is definitely a communication barrier, we had mussels to start and prawn and chive dim sum, mussels where like rubber, in my opinion frozen the dim sum was lovely then fillet of beef Chinese style and salt and chilli scallops for the main both these dishes where absolutely delicious cooked to perfection but no one asked us if the food was g...
