"I went with friends last night to a club opener. the local in question is civic 39 wine restaurant in Aprilia. I want to express my thanks through this post but above all to emphasize the sensations that I felt as a customer. enter into a welcoming environment, which involves you, the colors of the walls, the layout of the elements of the room do not make you feel isolated but welcomed. the cellar is rich and you can choose the best solution. the food, the materials are of first quality and cooked with skill. When you eat well, when you feel welcomed, waiting times don't count, time passes and doesn't weigh you, you finally have the opportunity to have a chat without the pressure of having to consume food as a hydrovore to free the place. the service in the room is courteous and attentive. In my opinion, this is the possibility that a local must offer its guests."

the first time I find myself at lunch in this place and I have to say everything excellent from appetizers to seconds and sweets i and my partner took everything based on fish and I have to say excellent quality and care in detail the super friendly staff and environment available very comfortable beyond the lunch there is the possibility to make aperitif. apericena and dinner always in the same environment we will definitely return

Wonderful place...well-kept, welcoming, elegant, very kind owner and staff. Two of us came yesterday to have an aperitif: simply say, top!!! Refined and excellent quality raw materials, from hot to cold... and above all the advice given to us on Franciacorta: super spot on! (Caruna Brut).
