we were in the bar in the evening before and it felt relaxed with a great view of a concert on the square and returned the next day to lunch, chips were great and everything else was at a reasonable price tasty.

Bar/restaurant in the chapter square a few steps from the basilica. ideal for a snack between one visit and the other. excellent dish of mixed sausages where excels the prosciutto crudo san daniele. wide choice of beers at prices more than acceptable considering the location.

that's just outside the basilica. it looks like it's touristy, but I'm not sure how many tourists come here. this opposite is gone from the beaten, and if they don't go to grado, they won't stumble on this opposite....Well, I had a nice lunch here. not complaining. lasagna really good.
