"At 9:20 AM, I ordered a pizza, chips, and a Thunderpack, but it didn't arrive until 10:30. After receiving my order, I noticed that the packaging was missing. I tried to call Classic Pizza right away, but they were closed for the evening. The next day, the owner of Classic Pizza called me to sincerely apologize for the missing item. They also offered to compensate me for the mistake. I left feeling like a satisfied customer. Thank you, Classic Pizza! We'll definitely be back soon."
