"Very disappointed with the mini fish I wasn’t aware that the skin was left on the fish I would have been nice if they made you aware they leave the skin on that way we would have ask for it without skin I can’t remember the last time I was served fish with skin on unfortunately this spoiled our lunch we threw the fish away waste of £18"

We had a fish and chips here the first night of our holiday in Clowne and really enjoyed it. The staff were polite, there wasn't a too long a wait for food to be cooked from fresh and its was reasonably priced.

Moved into the area recently and thought I’d try this local fish and chips place. Service was great, price was good. I got home and the fish was awful, the skin was on it and it was undercooked and slimey. I tried a bit and the. Throw the whole lot in the bin. I’m sure it was a blip but it was so bad that It I won’t be trying again.
