a small balanced and copied salad. fresh ingredients and good taste. many choices for vegetarians: lentils, quinois, eggplants, lawyers, artichokes, olives. and a lot of sauce to choose. Good service.

a wide choice of ingredients to compose your personalized salad. the portions are generous and the ingredients I had chosen (tomates, feta, cucumbers, mushrooms) had taste. I was tempted by a dessert composed of a number of fruits, a vanilla cream and biscuits break, very refreshing and delicious. less than 15 € for a dessert salad, it is more than reasonable given the area. The staff was very kind.

Fancying a change from the tourist traps offering low quality "traditional French food". We found this great pizza/deli place a minute or so as from Musee d'Orsay.It offers a wide selection of options where you can choose several toppings of fresh meats and vegetables to go on salads, pizzas, sandwiches or pasta. It's not much to look at and is actually a little awkwardly quiet but the food is incredibly fresh, the staff we're really friendly and the pasta I had was out of this world. I guess the best way to describe it in basic terms would be a very upscale subway where you get to ask for ingredients on your pasta, pizza or sandwich that you pick from behind a bar. The difference between this and Subway is that the food is all fresh and it's delicious. Great for a quick bite before or after the museum

This little restaurant is a breath of fresh air. It might be near a major tourist attraction, but its clean-feeling food and nice, quiet ambiance are just what you need to fuel you up before or after you head in to the museum. We got a tuna wrap, which was simple but very satisfying, and there are so many other good options that we had quite a difficult time choosing. If you want to make a salad you can pick a base (such as lettuce, pasta, tabbouleh, etc) and then choose the other ingredients to add (hence the name "compose", I assume) and they all looked amazing. I would definitely go back.
