"in a fine hotel like the hilton at la defense, you would expect that food that was made at least fresh and beautifully placed on a teller. I had a starter (shrimp cocktail, hidden under a buck of cream-fraiche,) main (cover parmentier) and desert-gourmet'...coffeee) in three aligned I found nothing that could not only be taken out of the refrigerator, heated in the microwave or be taken out from a supermarket plastic package. lazy cook uninspiring, boring presentation and not worth the more than 60 euro I pay. you are in paris, young. respect your audience."

Had lunch here whilst on business, the steak was a bit chunky and too many fat pieces. French fries were nearly cold. Its tough finding a decent place in La Defense, too much demand and too little supply.

we were 3 nights with a family of four in the family room. that was very practical. the personal was super friendly. the hotel is a bit old and outdated. the breakfast was very good. the city centre is easily accessible by metro.

Review for Breakfast Buffet Only Pluses: Tasty made-to-order eggs or pancakes. Full breakfast buffet with real fresh juice. What's served is fresh and presented with care Gripes: Breakfast items never change Buffet items sometimes not hot

good breakfast buffet. I was in the hilton for a few days and had breakfast here before I left. decent selection of juices, müsli, brot, yogurt, warm food, made to order eggs and fruit. service was good. only the coffee on both days. was terrible.

Stay here. good comfortable beds and perfect shower every day. the hotel is located in a shopping center and via is another shopping center. easy transport connections to zone 1 and disney. highly recommended if they don't mind taking a 10min train in zone 1

After 12 days we did not expect our last dinner in a hotel restaurant. but there we were and enjoyed it very much. Previously we ate in an upscale restaurant that sends $300. We spent $125 in the Côté Palace and had better. French food and also good service, although the service providers were much younger and less demanding.

Great Train and metro connections Breakfast is worth mentioning because it was great. Not only the spread was excellent but the service was fantastic too. Well-known for its quiet environment and proximity to great restaurants (Vapiano opposite in the Westfield shopping centre). The hotel had no facility for children's even with family room advertised. The bathroom was a bit dated and the tv isn't smart so no internet channels (important for the kids).

"The Villa turned out to be an unexpected surprise. It's co-located with the Mercure hotel in Saint Cloud, and many locals frequent the establishment. It has some of the best traditional French cuisine around. Dinner isn't served until 7:30 pm, but I dined there two evenings during my trip. The maitr'de serves double duty as the only server, so it can be a bit slow when it gets busy. Set aside at least two hours for dinner and enjoy the experience. It also happens to serve the breakfast for hotel guests. It's pretty much the same every day but includes a wide variety of foods to suit many pallets and diet needs. It includes eggs (poached and scrambled), bacon, sausage, pancakes and crepes. There's an assortment of fruits, cheeses, cold cuts and three cold cereals with numerous toppings available. They also have yogurt, five or six different breads and pastries and multiple chilled juices and hot coffee. The dinner menu is limited to whatever the chef has concocted for the day. There's usually a meat and a fish and vegetable offering. The first evening I started with a salad of simple dressed greens and a piece of toasted multigrain bread topped with cream cheese, smoked salmon, roasted tomatoes, thin slices of apple and tangerine. An unusual but surprisingly tasty combination. The main dish was roasted lamb served with perfectly fried pomme frittes. The lamb was a little on the tough side, but tasty and well presented. At the suggestion of the waiter, I paired the meal with a 2017 Minervois called Riussanelle. The coffee and current notes went very well with the dinner, and was so good I enjoyed it with my meal the second evening as well. That included vegetable egg rolls, roasted vegetables and a cut of lean steak that was quite tough by American standards. The dessert was a pastry with custard and a slice fig. Apparently the chef was feeling generous and creative because the waiter walked out at least two other complimentary desserts for every table that evening. Why go out for good food when it's right in front of you. I will definitely return here again."
