"We went to this coffee shop at 3:50 for a coffee and asked the women working there (not sure of her name but she was northern) if dogs are allowed in, she said no so we said can we take a takeaway drink and sit outside. Absolutely fine. When I ordered my coffee she moaned that she had just cleaned the coffee machine and now she had to clean it again because of us. Then we sat outside at 4pm, she then said she’d have to take the chair cushions away as they’re closing- she was very very rude. We said you close at 4? And she said she was closing anyway. If the coffee was good I wouldn’t have cared as much. But bad service and bad coffee. Won’t be returning and I suggest you don’t either"

Poor coffee. Tasted like warm milk rather than coffee.

Used to be great when it had a focus on quality of coffee. Seems to be lacking this now and coffee is average at best View menu

Late on a wet Saturday afternoon and we needed a coffee. It was almost closing time but we were welcomed in nonetheless. Off the beaten track but worth seeking out, a beautiful Flat White coffee. Highly recommended.

One of the nicest and friendliest places I have visited in a very long time. If coffee is your passion then you will enjoy. This is the very best latte I've had in a very long while. Come and support this business and enjoy the genuine hospitality. Lord Dean Somers-Dowell

I had a delicious cooked breakfast at this restaurant a few weeks ago. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the coffee was great. The outdoor seating in the heart of Windsor made for a lovely atmosphere. I can't wait to go back and try something from their new menu on my next visit! View menu

Little to no choice of cakes or biscuits, the atmosphere of a morgue. Cold and dark and the most awful coffee I 've ever experienced. The young lady behind the counter didn 't crack a smile and dragged her sorry feet the whole five foot to our table to deliver our 'lattes ' served in the smallest juice glass you can imagine. A smile, some heating and perhaps a little background music would have made enough of a difference not to encourage such a poor review.

Food was good and can't fault that. However, the service is lacking and seems to be an ongoing issue from reading other reviews. When ordering sandwiches, the woman acted as though this was an inconvenience, coupled with the fact that they were out of chicken. I appreciate being short staffed but there are ways to address people in a polite way. A shame as I had high hopes; OZone coffee is delicious and it's in a charming location. Customer service is severely lacking.

"We were visiting Windsor and read the good reviews about this place and were so pleasantly surprised to find such cosy and beautiful place . The food was delicious. Lots of starters to choose from. We had squid and warm salad for starters... The squid...was so delicious and beautifully cooked, and had subtle spicey chilly and onion dressing. I had warm salad and the pork just melted in my mouth . For our mains we had steaks , sirloin and rib eye and my partner said this is the best steak he had ever had in UK . The mushroom sauce I had was so authentic just perfect. The sides of duck fat chips and cauliflower cheese are must try ! I never though that I'd love cauliflower but I'm already a fan after trying WG's special side of cauliflower cheese. Generous portions and such lovely staff ! They made us feel welcomed always with smile on their faces and very knowledgeable and chatty as well. The whole atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed and it had real good vibe .The play list was such a nice addition to our experience , such good mix of all types of music. We were sat at the table close to the bar, and we've noticed that the whole place is decorated with good taste and attention to detail. This place is a true gem honestly , and I'm not surprised now that they have so many stars reviews ! We will definitely come back when visiting Windsor again ! My sincere compliments to the chefs as well ! We've learned that the owner of the restaurant is the Chef at the kitchen so what a delight , when so much attention to details is payed to food ! You created a food momento that we will not forget ."
