"I am now to be considered a Turist for the city of Palermo since I have been living and working in the north for many years!! But Palermo always remains my City of origin. Today I must say with great pleasure finally known an important change... Entrepreneurs finally realized that catering is the real center on which to focus for the millions of Tourists visiting our City. The Cristal Palace has dedicated but above all it has focused a lot on catering, opening a real gem and right at the foot of the beautiful Structure that is a Hotel in the center is located right in the historic center of Palermo, from where it is proposed therefore as the ideal starting point to visit our beautiful city. The Bistrot that gives moments of true relaxation, has a menu that changes every day according to what the market offers and must say very important point but above all difficult to find in other structures. The attention to the guests is really amazing, Chef Giovanni Marino once coordinated the work of Cuisine , comes to find each guest sitting in his restaurant to sincerely if everything went well and this for me is an added value. The Room Service curated by a girl named Maria, gives you the right emotions to make you feel at home!!! Those who come to Palermo must try at least once the Kitchen and Coccole del Personale Tutto. Not everyone likes to do this job, but who does it with Love reads in his face. At Cristal Bistrot you will find Professionality, variety and quality!!! and of course Coccole at will!!"

While living in the hotel, Cristal had a very good deal. Good food, faster. Polecam is only a few hundred meters from the centre.

In my review on overnight stays and services of this Hotel I also mentioned to its Restaurant for the excellent quality/price and for its excellent fish-based cuisine and its original variations made as revisits of traditional dishes, I highly recommend it.

First of all I would say that it should be specified that it is a restaurant of a hotel because from the fork it is not perceived), precisely for this reason the menu is very selected and little rich of alternatives. But I can confirm that beyond the few alternatives, these few are excellent, a wonderful evening accompanied by a delicious NTISU-inzolia wine), as first a tuna tartare, a first spaghetti marinara) and then a perfect bitter of the boss) for digestion. Guests at the hotel, very satisfied, we dined in four, I have to thank all the staff, especially the Cheff, which made us feel pampered, with its availability and kindness. fresh octopus appetizer with sea flavor.. panle, mini arancine, butter and ragù and potato croquettes that melted in the mouth, fettuccine of fresh pasta with prawns, pachino, and pistachio granella, very fresh fries, and grilled vegetables, all expressed and cooked by real Palermitano! with a much more convenient account of all the Trattorie of Palermo.
