we stopped here with a very muddy dog and muddy boots. we had a warm greeting, eating was good, and a lot of it. the lady who served us was very pleasant. would definitely recommend.

really good pub, obviously a local hub. pleasant personal and beautiful gardens with view. when we went, eating was a disappointment, as nothing was prepared to go home, frozen in opposition.

Lovely atmosphere nice to find dog friendly pub. Food was good although I had a meat pie lacking meat. Full of delicious gravy and discounted from bill so cannot fault customer service either.
