This is a classic fast food item in Berlin. Tasty but not anything special. These are all over Berlin. Far better than fast food in the US

I love it, love it, love it! When in Berlin, this is all I can eat! Tasty, and much more better then eating in regular fast food chains. Try it!

Eine max. durchschnittliche, fette Bratwurst in Fett gebraten und mit (fast) kaltem Ketchup übergossen. Dazu Pommes/Majo garantieren, dass du nicht allzugut schlafen wirst.Das geht in Berlin sicher besser!!

Ich kann den Laden nur empfehlen - gutes Essen und man bekommt auch gleich noch etwas von der Berliner Mentalität mit auf dem Weg. Der Kerl hinterm Tresen war echt super! Ich komme wieder, sobald in wieder in der Stadt bin.

Zlokalizowany na stacji kolejowej Alexanderplatz. Jak ktoś lubi klasykę niemieckiej fast foodowej kuchni to polecam. Bardzo dobra kiełbasa z ciepłą bułeczką. Kiełbasa w trzech rozmiarach L, XL i XXL. Ta najmniejsza za 3,5E. Można wziąć też menu z frytkami i napojem (cola). Generalnie OK. View menu

В центре Берлина на Александрплатц в том же переходе, где метро, можно перекусить по пути в карри вурсте. Это знаменитые немецкие колбаски под толстым слоем кетчупа и карри, можно взять острые и не очень, нарезанные или целиком, а также фрикадельки. Картофель фри бесплатно. Пиво бек и ещё пара видов, не самое вкусное, но в компании с карри Вурст нужно взять. На ходу, на улице или в помещении, такой лёгкий перекус с привкусом немецкой столичной жизни. Стоит попробовать один раз, как туристическую достопримечательность. От 5 евро за порцию.

We had just arrived in Germany at a smaller airport and we were waiting to depart on our tour of Berlin. Outside of the airport was a Currywurst "stand." Most of the group had the daily special which consisted of sausage covered in a curry based sauce with a side of French fries and a coke. The sausage was tasty, the fries were crispy and the coke was cold. The meal deal was 6.70 euros. I enjoyed the meal and the price seemed reasonable. The cup of coke came without ice and I subsequently learned that drinks in Germany come without ice regularly. The reason for no ice might be to save the energy to produce and provide ice. One of the joys of visiting Germany is the delicious currywurst meals that are widely available and on our 8 day holiday this superb Currywurst Express was a place we visited on a couple of occasions and on each visit the service was spot on and the meals were superb.On our first visit here we had been to a couple of pubs in Alexanderplatz after having booked into the Hotel Park Inn Radisson Blu Hotel Alexanderplatz so we were in need of a tasty quick meal and what better quick meal to have other than a currywurst ,chips and a soft drink.The currywurst was outstanding as was the sause and the chips were superb ,we just chilled out enjoying our meals and planning out the day ahead in this bus...
