"What a spectacular restaurant. The owner Damiano is an excellent host and chef! The food was exquisite and the service was on point. The olive oil is was one of the best I’ve ever tasted and the wine was from a vineyard just outside the village walls. Well worth a visit! Che ristorante spettacolare. Il proprietario Damiano è un eccellente padrone di casa e chef! Il cibo era squisito e il servizio era perfetto. L'olio d'oliva è stato uno dei migliori che abbia mai assaggiato e il vino proveniva da un vigneto appena fuori le mura del villaggio. Vale la pena fare un viaggio!"

Two stars is only because it is located in the main square and so see the monuments for the rest it was a not having almost nothing of the menu and what wax excellent products from discount certainly not local products nor even the cutting board

Bad experience, ordered a cutting board, with poor meats, insipid bruschettes, only good thing the cup, and the other people who was with me, found good cheeses, service, worse of food, after waiting half an hour without that no one would be worthy to ask for anything, both the waiter and the owner, I go looking for this and I find it that he made the moines with a waitres, x charity.

In a beautiful hamlet, which would have everything to make the tourist happy (secenario, tranquility, near all the most beautiful places of Umbria), but that lacks any will to attract people (without shops, premises or outdoor tables) this restaurant is the exception to the rule. Great hospitality and menu of land and sea served with abundance and maximum fairness in prices. We were 2 nights out of 3, and the third didn't come back just because we missed dinner. Congratulations to all the Staff

"Being a Michelin star restaurant I expected something very different. We arrived for an 8pm dinner, to have to wait 15 minutes for the doors to open. By the time they opened, there were about four other couples also waiting. Despite a full bar being nearby, there was no bartender so no cocktails were offered for sale. The brightly lit atmosphere seems more like lunch at a golf club. Once inside, we asked for one of the many tables by the wall of windows and were told “that’s impossible” (by the time we departed at 9:45pm, only half those tables were filled, and the restaurant was only about 25% full). We were asked for water choice, then immediately thereafter two separate waiters asked what we wanted for our meal. We asked to order a cocktail as we pondered the menu. Others servers asked the same thing, and finally, once we were halfway finished with one cocktail (and about 10 minutes later) we ordered. After a delicious eggplant Parmesan appetizer, and primi of tagliatelle and prawn risotto (separate dishes), I ordered roast chicken, and my companion the sea bass (which was a little dry). Maine courses arrived and I was served the pork as my main course. I explained that I would never have ordered that, and I let the server (different person than the person taking the order). The pork was taken away and about 15 minutes later my chicken appeared. It was flavorful, but also a bit dry. We declined dessert, finished our bottle of wine and asked for the check. The pork was listed on the bill, along with the chicken. The very pork that made me not have dinner with my companion. We both essentially ate alone with our food since my chicken came out 15 minutes later. In addition, mistakes like not assisting in the pouring of wine from the wine bottle in the ice bucket, not taking away an empty cocktail glass, and confusing the silverware placement, made this restaurant a disappointment, especially for a Michelin starred establishment."
