"Let me start by saying that we are from Putignano and we often go to Polignano for a walk, and for the first time we decide to change focacceria and stop at Luciano's! My husband and I went there today for lunch, together with our little one! The place is nice and welcoming, the staff is friendly and kind. I really liked the focaccia, according to my husband the octopus sandwich was also very good! I recommend this place, first of all for the kindness that is in short supply in commercial activities today, they welcome the customer with a smile! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Our friend booked this restaurant for lunch with no idea what to expect although the reviews were generally good. We had some difficulty finding the restaurant as the sat nav wanted to send us the long way round. The other reviews did not mention the sea view! The food was superb. The service excellent. The location that sea view was fab. We were even treated to some live music from an excellent busker on the bridge. Just outside the old town, this small restaurant with its terrace was probably one if not the best restaurant of our stay in Puglia. My husband I shared minced raw red prawns then seafood risotto, both were delicious. Our friends went for octopus catch of the day with grilled langoustines, they were delighted too."

"We found the pinsa, i.e. the Apulian name for focaccia, very tasty. The ingredients are fresh and the service provided by Dada cordial. The barmen were also two friendly chaps who gave us some tips on where to get some good Italian gelato. The prices are OK for Polignano because it has become a very popular destination amongst tourists from all over the world. A pinsa here will cost you around €10-15 each and a soft drink about €2-4. The bar is facing the sea which is quite a relaxing experience when no to few cars are driving in front of it."
