Small place with amazing food. Make sure to make a reservation! The Antipasti platter is huge and absolutely amazing, dishes may change we visited twice), the different types of flan were outstanding. Both pasta and meat dishes were delicious and quite large portions. Quick service.

Wow what an experience and luckily just happened upon it. Food and service were fantastic. I had the wild boar stew with fagioli beans and mixed salad. Unbelievably tasty. The house red wine was excellent as well. My wife had the pasta (tortellini I think) stuffed with spinach and served with a butter and sage sauce. Excellent as well. Nice tiny village well worth seeking out.

always the top of the knitted kitchen and not only! a restaurant of excellence in everything, from service, to the environment, to the kitchen. dishes are excellent, refined but sober, even with a touch of imagination. excellent raw materials, traditional and also innovative proposals. all very good, super digestible! the room is warm and cozy, quiet and always pleasant. the fantastic desserts. A busy restaurant in a cute town. Lots of truffle dishes, good for my vegetarian daughter. Desserts were a plus at only E3.50 (very nice). Raviolis had potato in them which is a great change from ricotta. The star of the show was the rolled pheasant, which kind of looked like a pork tenderloin but was stuffed with care and sprinkled with truffle. The only thing I would change in our order was my cinghiale. Of course, we had Scansano wine, from Poggio Brigante for 16E. It was a great night.

I ate in this restaurant on Friday evening with my family, we chose the set tasting menu and weren't disappointed. There was a large selection of antipasti, three types of pasta, two main courses (the pork fillet in pastry being particularly good) and a choice of dessert. It was typically Tuscan, all freshly made and with wine and water came to around Euro 100 for three which was excellent value. The only slight criticism would be that it was a little rushed, we would have preferred a slower, more relaxed service to give us time to appreciate each delicious course.

A few people suggested Sandra as a good restaurant in Magliano. We did not agree with the suggestion After being sat in a table along the main street between other patrons and the walking traffic, we to wait for 35 minutes for our appetizers. They were literally thrown on our table by the owner who was too busy chatting with some other people rather than explaining what the four vegetable tartlets were. The other staff was not much more focused and had the habit of forgetting things after two seconds. The food is good but not inventive at all and the prices are too high for the quality of the (forgettable) service.
