Abbiamo deciso di fare un percorso “esotico”, provando coccodrillo, zebra e canguro. Onestamente ho trovato queste carni molto modeste. Da appassionato di carne sono stato felice di averle comunque provate. È andata molto meglio con il Kobe e con la costata di manzo.
