"you are greeted with a smile in this beautiful warm and welcoming place, there is a great choice of tortelli, their specialty, as well as a wide choice of meat, other their specialties, which is served at the table on a heated ollare stone so there is no danger of eating cold or raw meat because in this way you can lead to the desired cooking degree. we opted for green tortelli and charcoal tortelli, served at the table in aluminum vases, excellent and abundant both, we continued with a cube of silver roll or a coast without an absolutely excellent bone, so tender to merge in the mouth, all accompanied by a large valpolicella. the service is professional and fast. the account varies a lot from the type of meat chosen with 50/60 euros you can already make a big dinner. you just need to book, perhaps with the fork to enjoy a 20% discount, to give yourself an excellent experience. "We did a stopover in Sala Baganza on our way to Tuscany. In the evening we had dinner at the „I Pifferi“. Location was nice and calm, we had a nice table in 4 on the terrace outside, in between the trees. Not a lot of guests have been there, despite it was a Friday evening. Maybe August holiday season was the reason. Anyhow, we had 4 different Antipasti dishes (antpasti I Pifferi, involtino di melanzane, Sfogliatina ai porcini, insalata mista), accompanied by delicious gnocchi fritti. Well made, nice and crispy outside. After that we ordered one timballo di riso, ravioletti ripieni di fonduta di Parmigiano, once with burro e salvia and once with tartufo nero, and ravioletti di pasta verde “I Pifferi”. All food was quite good, but at the end the food was quite „heavy“, nothing light... We were a party of 4 and we paid 138 Euro, with 2 bottles of wine and 2 bottels of water, 2 Fanta and 2 Espressi. Considering the fact, that on 3 primi dishes there were tartufi neri, we believe that the price was ok. Service was ok, but quite „closed“ and not very warm."

"Un servizio velocissimo e piatti molto buoni! Mi sono recata in questa trattoria per un pranzo veloce di lavoro...e direi che l 'efficienza non è mancata! Io e il mio collega abbiamo ordinato anolotti ripieni di stracotto in brodo di cappone, tortelloni di erbette e spezzatino di cinghiale con polenta fritta. Nulla ci ha deluso, un buon 8 ai primi e un 7.5 al secondo. L 'ambiente forse andrebbe rivisto: manca identità. Sarebbe bello vedere sedie in legno e tessuti più rustici ... un ambiente più da trattoria e meno da ristorante moderno. "really nice outdoor place, lucine,music,green...insomma-a beautiful atmosphere! delicious cocktails and also aesthetically make their figure. Good beer. delicious pizza, excellent ingredients, super digestible dough: tangled! the only flaw in the service as the waiters are very helpful and kind but they made a little confusion, in fact we agreed to drink cocktails calmly and then we would have given the way for when to prepare pizzas, instead in the middle of the drink and the conversation we were suddenly served pizza. We didn't want to send her back because we were sorry to make her do it again or leave them posed, and make them uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I decided to report it as there was another thing. my girlfriend specified several times and to two waiters the ingredients of her pizza and instead found herself without the ingredient she was aiming for more. We first asked if it was present because there was no taste and we were told that it was present. We are not used to insist or argue but since it was a lot of us (not giving in addition to a while we have insisted on asking pizzaiolo directly if the ingredient is present or not, and the answer has been no. Half the pizza apologized and proposed to bring the missing part, but we didn't accept it because it wouldn't make sense at that point. we will probably come back because overall, individual episodes apart, the local and food are worth it."

"My wife and I got there for dinner just as they opened on a Friday night, actually drove past it the first time because there were no cars there yet . They seated us immediately, at a table that would hold four a good thing, it turned out... , and we got a bottle of the excellent vino rosso de la casa. Apparently there are no menus; our charming and excellent waiter explained that he would start bringing us food, starting with antipasti. Soon our table was covered with plates of antipasti to select from, all delicious and varied, followed by a salad course, choice of pasta, choice of fish, and finally several desserts and caffe. All of it was fresh, excellent and delicious. We usually don 't stay long in restaurants when travelling, but we stayed here for about three hours and tried everything: it was all delicious, and we ate far more than we usually do. When we weren 't familiar with the dish, like the types of fish, our waiter brought the raw fish and shrimp to the table so that we could choose! While we ate, the restaurant filled up and was eventually packed, with everyone else in the place speaking Italian; a few families, and groups of adults of all ages. Midway through dinner, my usually thrifty wife leaned across the table and said I don 't care how much this costs! It 's wonderful! , and I agreed. It turned out to be quite reasonable; total was 90 euro which included wine, caffe, everything. The only hitch was that their credit card machine wasn 't working a common problem in the Parma area, according to the owner of the Agriturismo we were staying at, due to internet communication issues , so we had to pay cash. We will definitely go back when we are in the area again!"
