Cena sublime, tartare iniziale molto sfiziosa. Non consiglierei il maialino perché troppo speziato con finocchietto, bisognerebbe magari indicarlo nel menu. Per il resto tutto ottimo

great food for a fair price. we had the smoked Angus cow with guacamole from the inherited (sweet to try), the burger with basilum-cannaise and the salat with melone, mandling, salat and mint. great experience at a great location.

the restaurant is located in the center of gubbio. The environment is well-kept and essential, the menu quite traditional but not trivial. the dishes were all delicious and the staff was friendly and professional. definitely a worth trying it.

an attractive hotel restaurant on the main street of this small, quiet city. excellent quality starter and pasta, wonderful service, huge portions including even an amuse bouche. in detail were various olive oils from the region included. full meal and bottle decent wine for 70... euro
