Very nice hotel, the restaurant is also very good. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is cheap and slightly simplified, you can add-ons to it. I find better than an overpriced buffet. The historical emperor's room is very nice, unfortunately the street is a bit loud, the bed was a bit too soft.

I was booked 3 nights at this hotel and was not so happy. Considering that there is a 4-star hotel, there are some things to consider for me. Reservation and reception were friendly. The room (31) was relatively modern and clean. The TV didn't work until you pushed the cabinet with minibar from the wall to pull off the power plug and turn it on again after a short time. However, the plug has now been wrapped with insulating tape so that it can be assumed that the wires are already open. After the reception the problem was already known. A correction was made only after departure. In the bathroom the electric heating was still defective. The thin door leaves of the room doors let every guest...
