"Had dinner here today with 5 people. I chose the restaurant because the pictures posted were very attractive and the good reviews were promising. I expected a lot, but I didn't expect the food to be so excellent and the staff to be so nice and accommodating. When the schnitzel and the rest came, it was quiet at the table for a while; every single one of us was enthusiastic about the food. For me today it was a schnitzel in pepper cream sauce, which took first place of all schnitzels for me. The schnitzel was tender, the breading was very successful, there was more than enough sauce on the schnitzel and the sauce was excellently seasoned. Some people like the sauce separately, I like both. My wife's schnitzel with hollandaise and broccoli was also flawless. The fried potatoes were golden brown, still had a good bite and tasted great. The fries are crispy and soft on the inside and well seasoned. The family also agreed that the Harzer Schnitzelkönig, which we have had many times, could also pack a punch in terms of taste. What we found really unfortunate was that we were completely alone on a Sunday evening. I really sincerely hope that this was the exception and that this restaurant has, or perhaps still has, a good number of visitors."

The landlord didn't cancel on us twice for an evening event. I was only informed through a confirmation phone call from me. It is always quite cold in the rooms.
