Scegliendo il menù degustazione, abbiamo potuto gustare la maggior parte dei piatti proposti della carta. Porzioni abbondanti e tutti veramente ottimi. Negli antipasti da non perdere la carne marinata, che è di primissima qualità, ma soprattutto un piatto esclusivo di questo locale. Tajarin ottimi ed una guancia di vitello che si scioglie in bocca. Quando si mangia bene solitamente il conto diventa secondario, ma al di Vin Roero il rapporto qualità prezzo è un altro punto a favore. Non vediamo l’ora di ternare."
