"Die Kneipe isn't fancy by any means "music seems to be the unofficial theme here, including guitar-shaped tables and a ceiling covered with old sheet music), but it is comfortable and cozy. There is a huge selection of drinks, alcoholic and non, and there are...frequently offers during the week (including Nudelnacht or noodle night when a number of pasta dishes are on special for under or free peanuts). Food is also very affordable I think the most expensive stuff on the menu is or if I remember correctly. The down side? Sometimes the restaurant is a bit too cozy, and it can be hard to get into and out of the tables and booths when the restaurant is packed. Also, on nights like Nudelnacht, don't expect everyone's food to come out at the same time. It seems like the people in the kitchen cook a huge batch of spaghetti bolognese and then send that out to customers who ordered that, then a batch of spaghetti with olive oil and garlic and send that out, etc."

this place could look hidden and dark, but if they are in the atmosphere very comfortable. Girl at the bar was very friendly and honest, we had some drinks and snacks with some good music. good pub

in a typical student street with a lot of choice this was considered easy to go. still full, but busy enough with natives, was no smoking much fresh beer (beer) and a fast-driving sandwich thrown together.

highly recommended to visit the very special atmosphere. regarding the decorations and music, it combines jazz times, elements of class, a few street music and high-quality old pop music. for eating and drinks everything was tasteful and of good quality.

enjoy the family evening on a sultry summer evening. really enjoyed the traditional food (big portions! ask for half-size portions for the children in the did, our children barely managed those the scenic music theme decoration and the friendly service. we had the sülze (Gemüse...Fleischschale) and brathering (which I had expected to be hot, but it is served cold/pickled. the children had a nutshell and the tomato soup were both really good. recommended!

I came here with a friend and we both ordered baked pasta dishes which were hot, filling and tasty. They also serve good beer (in glasses up to Litres in size as well as a range of other drinks, starters, soups and bar...snacks. They only had three desserts available while we were there, and all involved apple sauce I guess it's some kind of local speciality. They sounded good, if maybe a bit odd, but we were too full to try them. The bar isn't very big, but it is cheap and friendly I'd definitely go back.
