Despite this oversight, we were able to choose from the full menu, and we were also offered the Express menu. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Our only complaint was that we seemed to be seated quite close to the kitchen. Unfortunately, the noise was quite disruptive, as we could hear the staff shouting to each other and the music playing. Overall, we would be inclined to return, but we would likely request a table in the main dining area rather than in the corridor connecting the restaurant to the bar."

I made a reservation through the hotel’s website a week in advance for a birthday celebration, but when we arrived, they could not find our booking. They blamed it on an internet issue, but I believe they should have taken temporary measures to prevent this. The service was slow and lacking, although the food was great. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

They attributed the issue to a lack of internet, but I believe temporary arrangements should have been in place to avoid such problems. Additionally, they blamed OpenTable for the mix-up.
