"We've been wanting to go to Dolce Spina since we came to San Michele all'Adige several weeks ago. The meal last night was worth the wait! Unfortunately when I booked a while ago there was a miscommunication and they thought I wanted a table for 6, so when just the two of us turned up, there was a moment of confusion, but they were so nice about it and no fuss or bother. We were given a welcoming glass of prosecco to begin with, then after ordering from the menu (reasonably short, thank goodness, but with so many delicious choices) we were given an amuse-bouche of a small bowl of soup. My starter of prawn tails with an apple salsa, the main of fish with big crispy crumbs and tiny squares of pumpkin and a delicious salty, prawny sauce, and my dessert of frozen pineapple and coconut cream (complete with birthday candle), were all divine, and beautifully presented, and my husband's soup and beef tagliata made him very happy too. The meal ended with a delicious liqueur. The owner (we think) and the waitress were so pleasant and helpful all the way through, explaining as best they could with our pretty much non-existent Italian and their German/English. They made the night even more special. We've been in Venice, Limone, and Verona recently and this meal was easily up there with the best meals we had in those cities."

The menu offers a limited but excellent selection of dishes, original and very tasty. Generous fares and very reasonable prices, especially considering the quantity and quality. Very nice and attentive service.

Also tonight great dinner. attention to seasonal products is very welcome, delicate combinations and great success. green pass requested immediately, which is often snobbed by staff and owners in many restaurants. detached tables, quiet atmosphere, attentive and attentive staff. Good people!

We stopped at this trattoria after a long morning cycling. What a delightful surprise! First the staff were friendly and helpful with our lack of Italian. Secondly the food came beautifully presented and were perfect. We also accepted their offer of a local Trentino sparkling wine plus a complementary mushroom soup from the chef. All up a superb lunch in a restful spot. Compliments to the chef and wait staff.

This traditional osteria is located close to the city of Trento, but it is worth driving a few miles to reach it. Very nice atmosphere. A large choice of local specialities. A wide range of the finest local wines. The service is really professional. Very creative cuisine (as dessert, I had a fried bread topped with white chocolate mousse and fresh apricot jam ...... ! A great thank to my local friend Natale for this amazing discovery. Un caro saluto da Lussemburgo !

We are in eight, we welcome in the first room; after taking orders we are served a appetizer, pleasant. On the list both meat and fish, in particular to mention ravioli of the plin with white veal ragù, snails in the shell with herbs and cod at Trento doc, all of good level. Acceptable waiting time, informal but valid service. Wine map a little squeezed with honest embroidery. With two bottles of Teroldego 40 euro per head. Final liquor offered, as well as small pastry with coffee. You can come back.

On the way back from a business trip, I did decide to exit from highway to search for a good place where to have dinner. I exit Mezzacorona and I let me drive by the TripAdvisor application. The place is really nice, recently renovated and made of natural wood. The menu is not so wide, about 4 appetizer, 4 primi and 4 main course plates. Each plate is really particular and not usual, clearly they go for quality ingredients. I had tagliatelle made with eggs, chocolate and duck ragù. What to say: at the first beat it looks strange, but then with some cheese it turn out to be a new experience. My suggestion is to go there and try by yourself, it will be worth!

"I would definitely recommend very welcoming and smiling professional. Dishes of excellent quality, variety and well presented. Prices consistent with the quality offerFull menu and tips of the day, which satisfy the needs of all. meat and fish. I recommend the risotto with mantecato teroldego wine, the mussel of moscardini with toasted bread, the classic roast with potatoes and spinach. sweets are very inviting, in particular candy moose. at the end we were also offered by the property a bitter. The bathrooms are clean. There is a large parking lot with spaces even in the shadow of the pergola. it is easy to reach the restaurant by taking from the highway to the toll san michele mezzocorona because the indications are clear. I'm more than satisfied and I'll be back with friends on the first occasion. I would also like to answer the comment of Mrs. Gilda di Trento: His commentary is not honest as the dinner for the conference, to which I also participated, in addition to being excellent and plentiful, had a cost to forfait and she already knew well what it included as specified by the organizer. The printing error for coffee is true, but it is equally true that in misunderstandings it was declared immediately by the restaurant. the cost therefore that you paid remember that it includes the conference (which has obvious costs of organization) and the political price of a restaurant that has high quality standards and is not a tractor to good. I add that it was made available to the staff with the equipment for music. The appetizer you would have wanted was never expected. coffee, if you wanted it, like a dessert, or anything, if you wanted, you could order them and pay them aside. Many guests at the table with me instead enjoyed the dinner. Just because I had a good impression about the restaurant (which I did not know yet) I decided to go back with the family. dear lady is absolutely shameful to make those who work seriously and passionately with arrogant comments, but above all partial like hers."

"The restaurant is open for dinner on Saturday and lunch on Sunday (12.30pm). We managed to make a reservation via email on the Sunday morning we wanted to visit. Free parking is available on the premise. There are two playgrounds for children with one right next to the dining area. There are a lot of toys and books to keep the little ones happy. The farm is behind the restaurant. We walked 200 metres uphill to visit the animals. We saw goats, chickens, a donkey and a pony. There are probably more animals but we didn't go all the way up. The lunch cost €25 per person including refillable water (gas and without gas) and coffee at the end. For a 2 year old, it cost €5. They provided a nice high chair which is perfect for the height of the 2 year old. Be prepared to spend about 2.5 to 3 hours here. Service was good. The waitress would try to explain each dish before serving to us. First we were given three types of breads and cheeses. The olive bread was excellent. They refilled the breads automatically. Appetizers consist of cold cuts, rice and vegetable cake, potato and onion cake and a kind of pancake with pesto. The first course consist of pasta in bell pepper sauce and ravioli with meat. This was followed by two second courses consisting of meats. The tomatoes that came with the second meat dish were delicious. They offered a second refills for all the dishes. Finally the desserts were lemon cakes, grapes and lemon sorbet. We enjoyed the meals very much."

"Rob Parry recommends Caffè Centrale We went to Caffe Centrale for a meal on the 15th of September. We were visiting the village for a few days exploring the beautiful scenic countryside and we thought, why not? It was not a recommendation , rather a chance taken and one of those gambles that pays off extremely well. So we were seated outside at a comfortable table, and we quickly relaxed in the chilled, friendly and ambient atmosphere. We ordered a Pimms and a Forst Beer and both were cold, and extremely tasty. Forst is one of the best beers I have ever tasted and alla spina it is superb. We were given some very tasty bread based nibbles as we were very early. The chef arrived on time and we were given the menu which was fairly simple and straightforward and we could have been forgiven for thinking this was going to be perhaps, a very basic meal. How wrong we would have been! We both chose Cacio e Pepe for a first course and when it arrived, it was absolutely the very best Cacio e Pepe had ever tasted; the pasta was al dente, perfect and wonderfully seasoned, the 'sauce ' was rich, creamy and liberally spiced with fresh ground black pepper. Absolutely perfect! Next up my wife took the Salmone croccante al forno con salsa. The salmon was exquisitely cooked and the salsa was fresh and delicious, in all a very tasty and satisfying dish. I chose the Straccetti di Manzowhich was one of the tastiest beef dishes I have ever enjoyed. The zucchini was tender and wonderfully fried and the beef that was equally tender was brought together in a symphony of flavours that lingered long on the palate and even longer in the mind I am cooking this tomorrow night as my treat night dish). Wonderful plate of food and rounded off with a delicious very rare indeed) decaffeinated americano. A perfect end to a lovely meal. We spoke our limited Italian with the polite and patient waiters and told them to compliment the chef for us as we had one of the best meals of our lives, and we have eaten in some pretty spectacular places. All of a sudden the waiter brought two complimentary semifreddo desserts resplendent with nuts and fresh fruit which were quite amazing in terms of flavour and texture. This was unsolicited but we were very grateful. The customer service at Caffe Centrale is only matched by their superb food and beverages and I would recommend anyone walking by to pop in and be amazed. Nice though the setting is, the food and drinks are of a much higher level than you would expect and that is no slur on the wonderful character of the hotel caffe. Brilliant and well done all of you, we will be back because Mezzocorona has stolen our hearts. Thank you Rob and Amanda "
