A fantastic experience. Excellent food and service. Four of us had the lamb shank which was cook d for six hours in honey and sage. It was out of this world. The side dish of pasta with cheese and truffles was to die for. My daughter had delicious steak cooked to perfection. The starters were fantastic as well. We had a citron non-tart for dessert which was bellismo. I highly recommend this restaurant combined with a visit to Commanderie de Peyrassol across the road. Most of the year, reservations are a must. Also, the patio is fantastic in the warmer weather.

It is an exceptional domain, the welcoming staff and the little care for us. The meal was perfect, like the frame. It is a place to discover for a relaxing stay, my room was very nice, warm, everything was neat, and clean. the spaces are very quiet so that you can enjoy the surrounding calm. a domain that I recommend that I be to stay calm or in the context of a privatization, everything is done so that customers feel good.
