We went for lunch and we had very good food! The portions were very generous and the food was delicious. Recommended!

We go regularly and have never been disappointed. The menu of the day is fantastic and the canapes are superb. Go there hungry!!!

A traditional style restaurant that serves generous portions. We had the special 3 course menu for €17 that included a glass of house wine plus a large tray of canapes to start. Pleasant food that was great value!

We could not believe the amount of scrumptious food reasonably priced....eggplant, tapas, shrimp cocktail, soup, sole, salmon, dessert, complimentary glass of wine, along with excellent service in a cozy atmosphere. The menu has a variety of choices. We are looking forward to a return visit.

As usual, the special of the day (many choices) is a great deal 17 euros lots of good and well prepared food all meals include a huge plate of canapes and an additional serving of aubergine au gratin with molasses and that 's before your meal also includes a good glass of house wine. Must try.

We chanced upon this restaurant whilst looking for somewhere else! It is a very dated restaurant decor) A very Spanish mishmash of taste! But the food was superb. Menu del Dia 18 Euros. All meals start with a huge plate of Canapes, mainly small toasts of Pate , Ham,Olives etc..I recommend Gambas al ajillo, and Entrecote steak. Fantastic!

I went on my mother's recommendation but I didn't get too much is true that it's very economical, the quality of the food lets me wish. I personally ordered sausages and was half raw and of course a jiennense like me could not escape that they were not fried with olive oil. The service is very good. In conclusion: if you want to eat economy is your place.

I strongly recommended the restaurant in Torremolinos, especially the special of the day, as other reviewers. The antipasti included in the course was surprisingly voluminous, but was too much for me. The mushroom soup was tasted for me very much. The trout saute, a whole trout for me alone!, was simply cooked, but was also nice because of fresh fish used. I was impressed that the potato with cheese in the dish was sweet. I got two glasses of beer and one glass of wine, but it cost only less than 22 euro. Thanks for a good dinner on the last night in the beautiful town.

Having read a previous review on Tripadvisor of a visit to Don Canapé’s on NYE, we decided to give it a go. Wow! What a fabulous evening. We were there for 5 hours from 8 pm to 1 am, bringing in the new year. The canapés and starters were SO tasty as was the whole meal, but the other patrons and staff made it a great night too. We were all given party packs to be open just before the new year came in. What a laugh wigs, red noses, hooters etc etc. This was a special set menu at €45pp (including drinks), and it was well worth it. Thanks for a great night, great food and fab memories!
