Donnelli's Pizzeria

Came here yesterday and had really great meal out! As someone who has to stick to a very strict diet no gluten or lactose eating pizza is always difficult but Donelli's makes it really easy. Will definetly be returning!

I knew as soon as I opened the door I made the right choice. The smell is incredible. Food impeccable. Service quick. Very authentic. Good price. Drinks were expensive for cans coke) and not much options but that’s the only minor negative

This fantastic small pizza place has a wonderful atmosphere. Be sure to make a reservation in advance as it can get crowded, and don't forget to ask for gluten-free crust. It's the best gluten-free crust I've ever tasted, and it's the same size as a regular one! View menu

recently came to lunch with colleagues here. the aroma is fantastic and the service is very friendly (then that they stan for us to serve the food came with a reasonable speed, was quite expensive and was very tasty. they make a great lunchtime, with...pizza and a drink from total, a great experience will be back soon!

recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. the delightful jules was super and the pizzas were fantastic. we had great service, the place was humming and so reasonable also. jules who served us have even directed us in the right direction to our accommodation. and go away completely, but we were so grateful. thanks!

I would go so far that this is the best pizza I've ever had. the restaurant itself is small, simple, but powerful. the pizza we shared the sorrento' was absolutely delicious, we also shared a small cheese sort brot that stood next to the quality. they really don't want to miss a chance to eat here. service was great and friendly. we will definitely be back at our next visit to norwich! my wife noticed the board outside the restaurant when we went down the hills in the juni, which tempted us to the lunch offer to the house. the menu choice, service and price were in front of location, so we decided to lunch there at our next visit. after norwich in januar everything was as we remembered, the big pizzas are exactly the right size and perfectly cooked wood stoves are brilliant, we find. the tomato sauce is one of the best we have tried and the coffee is great. absolutely wonderful, a good choice, while returning can sometimes disappoint.

We visited Donnelli’s on Friday having first contacted them by email. There were six of us and trying to find options that cater for omni, vegan and gluten free can be a faff. From the outset Donnelli’s were very accommodating, replying promptly to our...emails and assuring us the dietary issues would be no problem. On the night in question several of our party were running late having got stuck in traffic travelling to Norwich. I nipped in the restaurant (from a pub nearby) and they were lovely, telling us not to worry and that we had got the table for the night. The food was absolutely delicious. I won’t bore with the details of each meal, but the pizzas have fantastic authentic crusts and...

Seriously people in Norwich and the UK in general do not have a palate. The pizza dough was undercooked and soggy. The tomato base was bland and tasteless, the sausage used on the pizza was very cheap meat indeed and the small pizzas were overcooked....Sheesh this isn't even taking into account the mozzarella... My good god do they even use anything authentically Italian here it was awful and tasted so cheap and like plastic. I really do not like hyped up places like this pizza place so obviously has been it's a shame they charge so much for such sub par food. Obviously the people of Norwich have either no taste...
