"First off food was good, no complaints. However the service was shocking. We had a booking for 4 people, as this in a tapas style restaurant that meant we ordered around 12-14 dishes. When food started arriving the table was filling up, we asked the waiter if they could hold off in bringing any more out until we had a chance to clear a few dishes. We were told ‘no’, we asked if it was already cooked could the just keep it warm in the kitchen, we were told ‘no’ and told we should speak to the manager. In the space of 5 min all of our ordered items had arrived, table was packed, and food was starting to go cold, this is not the way tapas should be served. The manager came to the table, we informed him what had happened and what we had asked for, he listened but that was it, he may as well have shrugged his shoulders. While the food was good, the service really put us off the restaurant. For clarity this was a Saturday night (9:30pm booking) in early February, the restaurant was not busy with many empty tables visible. From a previous experience of dining there with my partner (similar result of all food arriving at once) we did ask if we could order some dishes and then order more, we were told no, as the kitchen was closing."

Had an amazing lunch here we shared several dishes and they were delicious. Drinks and service were lovely too. Sat in their heated garden which was a lovely space to be indoors/outdoors

Would highly recommend Drury Building for food and drinks, all is so yummy. The atmosphere is also great. So many options on the menu to chose from and the outdoor area out the back is gorgeous. View menu

Well catered for vegetarian and meat eaters. We picked six items and that was more than enough and didn't have room for dessert. Ribs and aubergine we're really good as was the brushetta and cheeseburger slider. Good drinks selection too

Had a lovely meal at Drury with various delicious sharing plates. The atmosphere was buzzing and lively. Service was overall really good but they were a little slow at the end, and although the cocktails all looked amazing, the one we all particularly wanted wasn’t available which was a shame. Would definitely recommend eating here though.

The menu mentions small and large dishes. However none of the dishes, not even the top share menu could be considered large. It is really advisable to order multiple items from the menu. Unfortunately the prices aren't proportionate to the size of the dishes. The food itself was tasty. Cleanliness of the restrooms could certainly be improved. View menu

We stopped here for snacks and a drink while in the city. The location is perfect, close to the centre but away from the huge Grafton Street crowds. Staff were all extremely friendly and efficient and there is a good choice of tapas type items on the menu. Everything we had was excellent. There is also an extensive wine list with plenty of options by the glass. Shall definitely return!

Our visit to this restaurant on a Tuesday evening left us underwhelmed in terms of the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short in all aspects, including service, food, and ambiance. We ordered the Dublin bay prawn scampi with Wasabi Mayonnaise, but were disappointed to find that the wasabi flavor was missing. It seemed like the mayonnaise was either pre-made or made with wasabi powder, rather than fresh wasabi. For our main course, we shared a 10oz steak, which was okay but not exceptional. The price tag of 38 euros left us expecting something more than just an okay steak. The accompanying sauces, including Cafe de Paris, Green peppercorn, and Chimmichurri, were subpar a...

"I ordered a cake for my husband’s 50th Birthday having perused their website and deciding on a cake in the shape of the number 50 to mark this momentous occasion. The girl that took my order asked for a message and knowing that space would be limited, I decided on a short message. She asked me whether I wanted a photo which I had not considered due to the design of the cake but then decided to add this also. I paid for the cake. I collected the cake today and to my horror it was simply just a square cake with no 50! This was supposed to be presented at a surprise party tomorrow- I was so upset and shaking on the verge of tears after all my planning and more than two weeks notice. The staff only made excuses, like the person who took the order would not get things wrong, they didn’t do digits anymore, and there was not enough bakers, yet this was on their website and I had given clear instructions- a square cake could be ordered from anywhere- I was also told that digit cakes were much more expensive and could cost around £70??? I told them that I was willing to pay the costs- buying a cake for an important occasion was not a price problem- I was offered icing of 5 and 0 to be placed on either side of the photo and some cheap number candles. I told them I already had a topper and sparklers which were supposed to go on each of the digits- really disappointed with the service and poor excuses- The cake was supposed to be the centrepiece at the party but the order was not fulfilled"

"it is all to change again, but thanks to the coffee is ace really top notch, shaded and perfectly roasted. funny enough while we find the rich from latte to macchiato, cappuccino by flat white etc. gibraltar is nowhere to find, not as much as. the customized glass. the personal remains as cheerful as always, despite the fact that their business must be desperate, and their reasonable prices remain the same. it's only here again with another lock-off, but the policy doesn't call it a lock. These people are still paid, they enjoy nominated wage increases (imaginable that they can decide on their own wage increases and who have recently given their support staff (in many cases family members a wage (and associated pension) increase. maya like so many companies have lots of things at a theke near the door to sanitise and here is the thing that the type that makes the coffee I can go, feet stand from him and give him money to pay and take a coffee and change from him. but if he had this machine in his kitchen, I couldn't go for a free coffee in his house. I could work with him all day, but I could not sit for a beer with him in a local bar for half an hour, but we could meet in the local church for an hour service. So look. So they think about how important it is to help small independent, especially in these strange times when the only certain are dead, control and grab money, dishonest politicians."
