"When there is no choice on the map outside the menus I always fear not to find any dish that suits me. But here I had the opportunity to be able to choose dishes from the menu to my taste (I hate the raw flesh and the sweet-salted European cuisine). I find the dishes I chose excellent, original and well thought out. The service is well organized as a whole, although we note the perfectible elements for the management of large tabs. The limits of the compatibility of a highly animated atmosphere at times with the tasting of refined dishes can be quite problematic for some of the clients educated in the principles of kaiseki and umami..."

Lovely meal on the terrace surrounded by silent lightening. The food was very good but our evening was made by our waitress who commenced by addressing the table of eight Australians with the fact she spoke no English. And then had fun with us, and Google translate, proving that language is no barrier to communication and enjoyment. I hope her boss appreciates her as we did.

Nautic is a very pleasant lounge bar restaurant on the banks of the Tarn. The restaurant and bar are very well separated. The restaurant is delicious, top service, beautiful map, dishes sought after with a beautiful presentation. Excellent value for money with a flat dessert menu at 32 euros. Magnificent terrace by the Tarn. Large parking lot to park! The lounge bar is an ideal place to drink a drink, celebrate a start, a birthday, organize an evening.
