"BEYOND a fantastic experience in this charming and welcoming restaurant. We had a shorter tasting menu with paired wines. It was just phenomenal, the detailed knowledge of maitre’d and the description of each wine was great, and they paired with the spectacular dishes to bring out some incredible regional flavors. Each course built one after another to create a genuinely inspiring journey through the region. This was one of the most dazzling displays of culinary hospitality we’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing, culminating for us with a very local Torrija, that was possibly the greatest dessert I’ve ever had. (I found a video of Miguel González making it on YouTube, will definitely be trying it! . The whole experience was like a trip though a personal collection of food and wine masterpieces, I can’t recommend it enough. Honored to have met you Miguel, thank you so much."

Podía haber sido una experiencia única pero el servicio estaba alterado. Los camareros discutían y ha llegado a llamar la atención delante nuestra uno de ellos a otro. La comida ha ido de menos a más aunque en el plato del changurro hemos encontrado trozos de cáscara. Service: Dine in View menu
