"Vegan options are in somerset in the regular limited and although they sell meat here, ebisu clearly mark vegetarian and vegan options on their menu. After a day in wsm we have a take. I would probably recommend to sit and eat instead of taking away if possible, as I always think that something is lost in taste when stumbled into a box. Nevertheless, eating was great, it didn't necessarily feel authentic japanese in terms of lightness, but it tasted everything really good. will definitely come back, but next time they sit back and it was as good as the first time if not better! updated by the previous review on 2021-09-19"

I can't stress enough how good this place is. I and my fiancée get this regularly delivered and never had a bad dish. if they are not sure about sushi, they simply give it in. this place is incredible. the ebisu dragon rolls are game changers!

I love this restaurant. there are two Japanese restaurants in Weston-super-Mare and they are both amazing. this is so delicious. they make very good vegetarian dishes. the short California roles are to die. they have fresh tuna and it is delicious. the staff is so helpful and friendly. I love the soft-shell basket and if they don't fit everything in them, they will take it home in a pick-up container for them.
