in the stadteil rissen there is now a very nice, modern ice cream with delicious changing ice creams. These are produced in an open ice laboratory before the eyes of the visitors and change seasonal. there are also magnificent hot waffles, chimneys and of course the baked "cold snuck". the coffee/epresso have made the operators toasted for their home according to their own recipe. delicious!
