"My name is Igor I have been addicted to this ice cafe for the past 7 years. Since I found my second half in Lebach. And I'm still love it. It is gorgeous. No jokes:). But I have never seen such an unfriendly people running such business. Have never seen a smile or any sort of laugh on the owner's faces. Neither their assistants' or kids' Guys, common! You are Italians, show Lebach people the real Italian dolce vita. I mean, the way Italians can do all that service things. Just smile and be Italian, but not just that gloomy noodles :). Ice cream can be definitely better, if it is sold with smile and love. Be positive! Love your customers and customers will start loving you, but not your ice cream:). It's easy. Chao!"
