"restaurante con la arquitectura típica de los edificios de la Sierra Madrid. madera, piedra, ventanas de vidrio que permiten que la luz pase, sin duda muy agradable 10/10 . la cocina es tradicional, con toques de autor y gestionar el producto de la temporada ... la atención de los camareros muy correcta y atenta 9/10 . en esta ocasión fue por el menú del día: 19,90€ p/p entrante: guiso de frijoles blancos con su compango. muy fresco los frijoles y con su color brillante. se romperían al plegar, excelente 9/10. primero: nero di sepia spaghetti con tinta de calamar y frutti di mari. pegar al dedo, pero se quemaron varios consejos de espaguetis, imagino que mezclando con la tinta de calamar 7/10. segundo: costillas a la parrilla con patatas anacaradas. las excelentes papas, las costillas perfectas cocina, suave y jugoso que carece de cubrir muy bien cada espacio para que la carne se impregna de ese gran sabor de bbq que se bañaron al emplatar (muy difícil de agarrar el sabor) 7/10 postre: brownie de queso, son terrible frío sin gusto parecía de caja 2/10 Definitivamente volveré a pedir la carta, un saludo"

the restaurant is in a dehesa of the Sierra de madrid in a very nice and very comfortable stone building. a spectacular breeze, first meat, although a fish dish was lazy. It's a meat restart mainly.

We loved it! The service was excellent, everyone was very friendly. The food was very good value for money. The place is very nice and they have a good selection of wines. great place, the very good tickets, the very good meat, the super good waiters, the fault is in the desserts, we have ordered an apple pie and very bad, reheated and burned, it is a pity, the desserts are not until everything else. a dessert like that should be asked at the beginning of the meal and be moments before, and please don't go out half burned, everyone else works wonderfully.

Gran lugar, con jardines para que puedas jugar también a los niños (columps, gallinas, patos. en términos de comida, sólo puedo decir que esto es muy riquioso, y muy elaborado. Trato exquisito con la gente celíaca. En cuanto al tratamiento del personal, son super-estacionados por todos los comens. mejor llamada a reservar, porque generalmente está bastante lleno a pesar de tener muchas tablas para dar los servicios.
