the local and the services are the ones that correspond to a small mountain village (better,) however the specialties of the house are worth trying them. We enjoy the chochinillo that got me more than that of segovia because it is more toasted and crunchy. on another occasion we have taken very good-quality cabrits or cabritillo.

Fuimos a comer 8 amigos después de una bonita ruta de senderismo por Gúdar. Reservamos cabrito y puedo decir que es el mejor que he probado nunca con su acompañamiento de patatas.
