"After 5 minutes of food ordered for 2 persons, a burger and an oven potato. About 20 minutes later, the waitress asks if we had already ordered. Good 10-15 min on that statement, the food would be the same. More 25 minutes later on request: the food comes in the same way. Actually we could eat about 75 minutes after order. It wasn't empty but not excessively full. Quality of food was OK (thus 2*, but no more. Oh, yes, pleasantly warm to sit outside it was also."

65 minutes waiting for a burger and a portion of sweet potatoes with dip. the appetizer came after 45 minutes. 2x we had to ask. everyone else had eaten long ago. no excuse. nix, very poor. it seems that the el solin does not have to show something customer-friendly and from the prescribed corona-related data collection on the table keep nothing. mmmh.

The food is delicious, but we had to wait for 2 hours! Absolutely unacceptable, unfortunately, has spoiled us the evening... shame, we would have liked to come here more often as a group... Apparently not responding to complaints from customers (no answer), the owner is probably not interested in feedback, so I have reduced my rating to 1 star. "excellent little diner. I was back with some colleagues last night and we were not disappointed again. super hosting of a class team, which is not too bad for anything and also for everyone is fun, we felt absolutely comfortable and had a lot of fun. nice offer, decent prices and lush portions, tasteful top. kitchen and theke are fast, service is a conversation and roaming never neat and obviously has great fun at work. the ambiente is of course very US style-lasty, walldeko beautifully collapsed from posters, number plates, sheet plates etc., clean localities. large plus point for the individuality of the burger, in the basic version all quite similar to salat, tomate and wobbles, but a large selection of extras and supplements, which should also be perceived. newcastle ale also gives what I could not drink here, because I still have to drive! only negatiwpunkt is the parking situation that will certainly be problematic at peak times. we had a great evening with luca, peter and nora yesterday and hope to be able to visit again soon!"

"Es hatte sich gelohnt für den Donnerstag am Abend zu reservieren, denn das Restaurant war sehr gut gefüllt. Das Ambiente hat seinen ganz eigenen Charm mit einer Geststube mit u.a. Autogrammen an der Wand und Spiegeln in denen man die Umgebung im Blick hat. Die Karte ist groß mit traditioneller Küche, vegetarischen Speisen, einer Saisonkarte und einem Abschnitt für Kinder. Der Service war freundlich und weitestgehend aufmerksam. Wir entschieden uns für 2 Steaks (1xRump und 1x Rib eye) medium rare klappte verlässlich. Die Beilagenauswahl war groß und unsere Wahl ausgezeichnet. Der Aperil Spritz war gut gemixt und großzügig in der Menge. Der Geschmack war ausgezeichnet sehr zu empfehlen. Es gab keine langen Wartezeiten wegen bei den Gerichten noch bei den Getränken. Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Abend! Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war gut! Vielleicht ist es noch gut zu wissen, dass durch die Treppenstufen am Eingang das Restaurant nicht barrierefrei ist falls es nicht einen zweiten Eingang gibt."

"Ich war die Tage mit meiner Mutter dort zum essen dort. Unsere beiden Gerichte waren lecker,aber leider zu scharf. Ich hatte extra gesagt: Bitte nicht zu scharf Aber Ok,es war trotzdem gut. Punkte ziehe ich hier definitiv von der Freundlichkeit ab.Die war wirklich Unterste Kanone. Die Dame an der Kasse war mit 6 Leuten im Restaurant sichtlich gestresst Sie hat uns die Teller einfach so wortlos auf den Tisch gescheuert und lief dann genervt weg. Bei den anderen Kunden im übrigen genauso. Ich war vor Wochen schon mal dort,da war es leider ganz genau so. Also hatte die Dame nicht nur einen schlechten Tag….es wird wahrscheinlich immer so ablaufen. Als ich dann bezahlen wollte,sagte sie: bleiben Sie auf Ihrem Platz sitzen,ich komme. Bin ich ein Hund ?? Nicht mal ein Bitte,bzw höflichen Ton. Der Ton war sehr patzig,am liebsten wäre ich ohne zu bezahlen gegangen. Ich musste dann tatsächlich noch 10 Minuten warten,bis ich zahlen konnte. Bei einem vollen Restaurant wäre es Ok,aber es waren nur noch 4 weitere Gäste dort. Fazit: niemals wieder"
