Behind the scenes… staff changes, new chef, new menus. Out front a renovation and modernisation. The whole ambience here is of understated, quiet excellence. Professionals at all levels. Attentive, discreet. Nothing missed. The menu… where do we begin… such wonderful choices. Spanish, English, French, Thai to name a few. All cooked to precise, divine, delicious perfection by the genius chef Sergio and his team. Seriously excellent."
