"Small intimate restaurant with about 16 guests and a friendly welcome in a set menu with a selection of main courses. Very interesting to watch the cook at work from his very small kitchen and he seems very passionate about his work, but the questions of meal.... for me the octopus was boiled over and a bit chewing and my beef was in 2 servings of meat and the fat that was unusable. My husband has the fish that was raw in the center and too much sauce. It seems like other dishes have had much better cuts of food, so maybe we were just unhappy at night. The dessert was the best turn on a tart tartan I ever tasted and the wine was also very good. Nothing was bad... just disappointing."

We found this restaurant on Tripadvisor and it was incredible, very good and personal attention from staff and cook. Eating was brilliant and with new and different flavors.

Delightful little man and woman owned restaurant. The food was nicely cooked and individual dishes were constructed mentally and creatively. Maybe there could be an additional choice for each course, but the two in the offer were superb

From the moment that we entered this lovely intimate restaurant, when we were warmly greeted by the server and the chef, through the wonderfully crafted meal, to the pleasant conversation following the meal, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

We went to 6 great restaurants in Bordeaux, but that was the best. Excellent food, beautiful presentation, warm and welcoming ambience. Despite cooking itself, the cook made many visits to the tables and interacted with the customers. His wife served and was gracious and attentive. A real find!

Such a lovely family run restaurant, we originally had an earlier booking but we’re delayed at the airport, the lovely couple who owned the restaurant couldn’t have been more accommodating. We enjoyed the set meal, lovely prawn appetiser, starter of octopus, beautiful melt in the mouth beef, fab cheese dish, followed by an awesome apple and caramel desert. Lovely experience! Merci!
