Erbavoglio Modena - Menu

Well-furnished premises and very well-kept services. We tried the tasting menu and were very satisfied. We will definitely return to try the à la carte menu.

For me the best restaurant in Modena and surroundings, yesterday was our fifth visit and as always we were satisfied and with great desire to return! Thank you.

The study behind each dish is seen and feels! Super recommend the tasting menu, because you have the opportunity to feel all the geniuses of the chef. Obviously it is not cheap, the prices of tastings range from 70 to 100€, except wine, but it is worth it.

In my opinion overrated. Bei dishes and at first very good impact but the flavors after a while arrive to be too loaded and the dish is difficult to finish. We were at the tables at the entrance of the club and I think they should just throw them away, give little atmosphere. I give 4 stars only for the novelty but I would not return.

A journey that involved all senses. A trip into colors, smells, flavors and textures. Food for the body and soul. For the eyes and nose. For the tongue and lips and when everything finished you start thinking when to get back again. I pick up the 10 courses menu and it was a surprise each of them. Really pleasant evening even if from reading the menu I was prevented (many ingredients that on the card I do not love). Every doubt disappeared at the time of tasting on every single dish...all perfect with well balanced flavors (Spaziali Cereali e il Cappuccino Salato). Specially appreciated the service and attention of the chef, present in the room (but not intrusive) always available to explain all the dishes in a clear and engaging way.

I’d love this place even more if it was fully vegan (maybe eventually?! either way the food here is really, really good and qualitatively very interesting. I dined here with my dad and my brother (both of whom are omnivores and they loved their vegetarian options, plus the vegan starter we shared. My vegan main was outstanding as well. The price is on the expensive side but commensurate to the quality of the food. I would highly recommend trying it.

Pretty but very small and cold location. I did not like the fact that the tablecloths are not used and that the cutlery is not changed after flow. I appreciated that waiters tell the story of the dish, but I think they can shorten the contents as it is easy that the food gets cold. The food is good but I think you can slightly lower the prices, as the cost of the raw materials used is relatively low. We went out of the restaurant that we were still hungry but in the end it was a pleasant experience. View menu
