The owner is the best. Fun and friendly, but classy too. Great food and great service in a Cubano 20's themed bar.

We celebrated our wedding there and all were delighted with food, drink and ambience!!! We like to come back... the boss and his staff are simply WORLD CLASSES

A fine selection of dishes in super quality, especially homemade and also a high-quality selection of drinks. The wine is Mega. Always friendly service and a boss who knows what he serves. My taste.

We ate here the night before my partner's operation as it is the closest to the hotel. The front of house guy was very friendly and helpful and if required they will deliver a meal to the hotel. We were disappointed that we only got...to try it once as the next time we tried they were closed for a private party and then they were fully booked

We were once again looking for new flavors and in this search we ended up in Esscobar, after of course we had previously reserved a place for Boxing Day. We were warmly welcomed and the staff was super attentive and accommodating. The food was well prepared and tasted very well. As the saying goes, simply delicious! We had dinner at Esscobar. This is an interesting restaurant for a small town like Cottbus. Their menu is simple but every dish has an interesting fusion twist like Wiener Schnitzel made with chicken brest with a delicious sauce and served with orzo side.Their pasta dishes all had intriguing elements. Something you don't expect in a town where you see kebabs and curryworst everywhere. Case in point: they even had a vegan dish.If you are in Cottbus, this is probably your best bet if you want something beyond basic Italian. View menu
