"I came to this place on my daughter's report! I followed the board, I was peeling and I went. the place is unique in its kind, very small but very well furnished, given the job of the owner, architect, could not be different. a long table with about 16/18 places dominates the central scene, a couple of side tables bring other 4/6 places, and the winter capacity is this. at the bottom of the room there is the oato space as a kitchen. the space for the preparation of the dishes is really minimal, x luck that the menu is very contained otherwise with all the places occupied could be problematic to perform a good service I tasted bruschette and grow with very good oils. a tartare of chianina with only salt, pepper, lemon and oil, and a spoon of handmade mayonnaise worthy of note. tartare has not been seasoned as it requires the recipe of the 13 ingredients, but I can assure you that it has been from the podium the meatballs to review, the ice cream with olive oil very pleasant! the price in the average. tap water, a first, a focaccia, two wine glasses and two coffees. all good but 52 euros total are a little too many. note of merit to the kindness of the waiter.

The focaccia with truffles and the Lasagna with fresh vegetables and white sauce is so good we are going to go back a second time. Service was great! This restaurant should be featured as one of the top 5 restaurants in Spello

very nice and very fashionable local located in one of the most beautiful villages of Italy. the aperitif, based on focaccie thickened by the various oils, is the maximum and kindness of the staff. the local unit is undoubtedly the long table made by an old oak. ps you can also buy oil tasted. in a magical courtyard in the centre of spelling is this oleoteca with an essential but well-kept menu. we found refreshment on a warm day and to shelter from the sun the location is ideal by offering also tables in the shade from which to enjoy a pleasant breeze. the dish of the day was great with fresh pasta to the pesto. oil ice cream to try!

My friends and I at the Enjoy IT language school had a cultural lunch experience here midway through our two week course. Pierluigi was an outstanding host, easily switching from English for the beginner students to Italian for those of us wanting to practice. We started with a short lesson on olive oil and then enjoyed a variety of olives. Then came the breads (the focaccia is a thing of beauty with the flower petals on top) and the buffalo mozzarella and fruit plate followed by an excellent lentil dish.
