"We got recommended this restaurant by an italian friend who is a resaurateur, so we had no doubts it would be good. Big mistake. We were more than welcomed by the owner who promptly sat us in the back room, even though the front area was semi empty at the time, that should have been our first hint. The second one was that there was no electricity in the restaurant, but they assured us that would only be momentary, which was wrong, the electricity never came back on. Then the grumpy waiter offered us the things he had available, which were very few because of no electricity ... we settled on a course of 3 starters, basic mozarella, tomatoes and seafood, which was tasty but nothing special. Then one of us had the mushroom soup i found one mushroom in the soup) and the local special pasta with ragu, which actually was good and the reason for one of the stars). Overall, service was not good, completely overpriced, and we were never offered the menu to know the actual prices of dishes, and when we left we noticed that there was no cooking being done in that kitchen... where they got the food from is a mystery, so no, i will not recommend it to anyone, and how they have stayed in business as long as they have is another mystery."

This place was a welcome refuge from the street chaos of Napoli. Delicious, no frills food. Professional service. Definitely NOT a tourist trap and NOT at all expensive for all that we ate (oysters, two pastas, a fish, two desserts, wine, coffee, digestifs).

Neapolitan cuisine . I have no elements to judge on this, but I tasted a salad of octopus and potatoes like many others, a salad of tomatoes with capers and celery, which I did not know to be Neapolitan tradition. and fry with really well-made mussels and flowers, although the portion was definitely poor. the price was not adequate to the quantity of food ordered

We did not have a reservation but the owner was so kind he had us sit outside to wait for a table to be prepared and in the meantime have us each a glass of spumanti and a small appetizer. I was there with my husband. We were seated and the service was above par and the food was absolutely exquisite!! I would highly recommend this restaurant when you are in Naples. It was the perfect ending to our stay in such a beautiful vibrant city!!
