"Fante di Coppe is a tavern restaurant that offers a unique and unforgettable culinary experience. Tuscan cuisine is enhanced by the mastery of the talented chef Pierpaolo who uses only fresh, quality ingredients to create traditional dishes and more. The menu ranges from the classic Chianina steaks to the famous Florentine steaks, to the excellent hand-rolled ravioli stuffed with guinea fowl, cherry tomatoes and rosemary. But some of the delicacies I tasted during my visit was the sublime strictly hand-cut ham accompanied with excellent pickles and seasoned cheese and the tasty tagliata with lard from Colonnata that was simply spectacular. The wine list is very extensive, with a vast selection of wines from Chianti and Tuscany and beyond. The location is cozy and rustic, with a warm and familiar atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy the food. The table service is impeccable, with friendly staff attentive to customer needs. Fante di Coppe is the ideal place for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends, and I highly recommend trying this restaurant for an unforgettable culinary experience. excellent Tuscan restaurant with Marche influence. the environment is very cozy and welcoming with the owners and waitress who will know how to put at ease as soon as you enter. we took as a starter a bruschetta with lard and cheese, a pappardella with ragù, a fondue with truffle and a stew retracted in the oven that was spectacular. as sweet I opted for a taste of raw ham cut by hand of first quality. price in standard and the right portions. I recommend it to everyone, especially to those who want to try a quality kitchen with first class materials.
