I like the food here BUT it’s always far too salty. Such a shame. I can’t enjoy any of it really. The shakes are nice. I’ve never spoke to the staff so can’t comment on that.

Terrible customer service. Everything is just eats fault and not theirs though, even after they hang up on their customers. Can’t review the food as we never got any. Ella Turkish kebab was beautiful though so might be worth going there instead!

This is an absolutely awful place. Ordered on just eat and worst experience I've ever had with a delivery. The so called manager was unbelievably rude on the phone and hung up on us twice. I can't understand how this place is still in business. Do not use. View menu

We've ate at Fat Lolly Sam's a few times. At the start it was quite good, but the quality has gone downhill. The last one we got was late, the food tasted of little else than salt. We will never return to this take away, mostly because of the response to people's reviews on Just Eat. They are very aggressive and frequently tell people they will never deliver food or take their orders again. Very poor customer service!

I order from Fat Lolly Sams often, the chicken is very thick and not from your standard hen, thicker meat will always have a side of toughness. The tacos, fries, ice-cream, dirty nachos etc all fantastic and well prepared. Never too much salt, though anyone complaining likely not telling you the truth of their order. The manager is really nice, I have never had a bad experience ringing at all in the few years I've been a customer. If anyone is stating this, likely they are the ones being abusive themselves. (people will never tell you the truth)

Owners rude aggressive very little cooking knowledge.the chicken in the chamoix has being kept at a constant warm setting normally until sold so about a week. States only fresh food when it's obvious about how dry and rubbery the food is frozen and hasn't seen fresh since before fat lolly sams opened in 2017. The milkshakes are flavorless and terrible value for money. On top of this the poor guy in the back who does all the cleaning isn't Evan getting minimum wage. That's taking advantage of an immigrant who speaks very little English and exploiting them after a 45 hour week. View menu

If you read the other reviews, these people ringing where the issue. They were rude nasty not the staff. I happen to consult the owner and he is a hard working though businessman but often get nasty phonecalls, especially during busy periods. However, they did late on have staff issues which screwed over the business. They closed for a few months to redecorate and reorganise Most staff where lovely, food was always amazing, I've been ordering food years and I couldn't give them high enough marks. Owner and wife are lovely, very generous. I hope they continue the success they earned. Thank you

3 hours and counting for 2 x chips and milkshakes. Ordered at 6pm. Given 19.40 estimated delivery. Left it until 20.15 and rang, was told 20 minutes. It's now 45 minutes later and nothing. Not even a phone call. I get its busier than usual but they should turn just eat off if they know it's going to take over 3 hours to get an order out. Almost double the time that was estimated. No excuses for that at all. It's now 9pm, we have a baby and need to go to bed, not say about waiting for food we should have had an hour and a half ago.
