pleasant German atmosphere and well located. good service with friendly waiter. the portions were very generous and very tasty!

simply the best carving I ever had and the portions were also very large for a decent price. the potato salad has also tasted very well!

the service was very cut and cut. twice, plates/cutlery/food fell near our table, creating some spots in the clothing. I can't stand out at dinner, it was more than good. the control and the service count at least as much, and from this reason we would not go back here.

I was excited to find a place where German food was prepared as tapas, so I could try something from everything. unfortunately these dishes were of very poor quality with cheap ingredients. the waiter was slow, did not write our order and then brought the wrong eating long waiting times, eating low quality. better restaurants around wittenburgerplatz (although they are all Italian) View menu

faustus is a cozy place I usually visit every time I am in berlin. but usually only on a beer, maybe a pizza. This time, I had to convince myself to try the German version of tapas. currywurst, frikadellen, cheese in small pieces and other alternative suggestions, what might be tapas, came to the table in short: I prefer the Spanish version, but faustus wins before location, cozy atmosphere and friendly service.

terrible. we came as a couple to enjoy an evening meal in a quite quiet night, and found the place overwhelmingly bad. the waiter needed at least 20 minutes to get to our table; the food took much longer; the tapas were lukewarm, small and tasted bad and the waiter told us that he took our brot that never arrived. We paid the bill, went and then went to the nearby kiosk to pick pommes - which was very nice. avoid this place - they don't care too much about the customers and you eat all the night.

the restaurant is beautiful, beautiful terrace, we see many people passing. the restaurant itself is a carving specialist. So we tried. the famous carvings are very large and at the same time very medium size. I think the cook should have preferred quality of the quantity. I'm sorry. I've eaten a lot better. on the other hand, the small potato salad is very good and complements the whole well. the staff is very friendly and well-launted, but the service is painfully slow. Overall, I found the price/performance ratio somewhat unbalanced. to the happiness the beer was good - it helps digest. View menu
