"we went to this intrigued trattoria with the typically Salento name and tripadvisor reviews: I'm not sure if you're going to eat salty in ddhrai bbu touch! parmigiana di melanzane, pizzaiola peppers, hot pictule, roasted eggplants, red turnip bloomed and seasoned with rocket and parmesan scales, bruschetta. ..all great! first exceptional. years that I did not eat so good sagnes as well as taste and texture with the newly prepared ricotta scante: good! more than honest account, impeccable and punctual service, staff available, polite and friendly: I'd like to find a flaw, but there's no one. We will definitely return. ivana and carmelo."
