"I’m neapolitan and i have been living in Lecce for many years, i consider this restaurant the best in the Salento area: Excellent steak selection and amazing traditional food. I strongly reccomend to start with the antipasto misto a great selection of local delights). wine selection is amazing, to give you a hint try primitivo Attanasio or primitivo Terribile. Very romantic and private atmosphere with an extremely professional staff, starting from the owner, Mirco, always available to provide usefull suggestion in order to have an unfogettable dinner. After dinner you can enjoy the delicious homemade icecream or dessert and have a drink in the fantastic relax area. Highly recomended."

"Dopo molto tempo non ho mangiato dai campi agricoli, oggi abbiamo deciso di pranzare con gli amici. Abbiamo avuto una bella sorpresa. personale totalmente modificato sia in cucina che in camera dall'ultima volta (parecchio tempo fa.) la cucina si è rivelata eccellente e i piatti veramente ben eseguiti. materie prime selezionate (tagliere di salumi e formaggi) e piatti che rispettano i sapori valorizzando il goto degli ingredienti. il dessert non era banale ed era piacevole. liquori fatti in casa buoni e gentilmente offerti. "I had the pleasure of dinner at the don fausto on 16/8. I'm not a foodblogger and I don't want to convince anyone, I just share our experience. we were welcomed and the staff of the room immediately made us feel comfortable. we ordered an aperitif also the glass of white wine from me ordered was a magnificent chardonnay then my wife of fish raw and I meatballs of tuna, patchari and finally the octopus as second. We ate divinely, the staff of the room was impeccable and always smiling, finally I allow myself a special mention for the lady, regal in her elegance. we will return."

"since always, carlo sanna is a symbol of high professionalism regarding catering. if not the only one, remained one of the few to exercise this work to perfection, selecting raw materials and fish with extreme care looking for the maximum freshness and the best product on the market. At dinner from Sanna means enjoying a culinary experience. ‘historical’ menu always able to give a great dinner; excellent raw and delicious appetizers the first with spaghetti with bottarga (to try) and the cavatelli with seafood (sublimi.) roasting of squids and vegetables in batter can seem a second trivial but the freshness of the calamaro gives a second different from the competition. Spectacular frying. great final become a must; very good torrone of tonara accompanied by an excellent and icy myrtle of Sardinia. Wine cellar composed mainly of Sardinian labels, discreetly select from the chef.Eccellente sanna, conductor of his perfect staffthe new restaurant, as it was for the old seat of san foca, offers few covers to ensure always the maximum to the present guests; to reserve a table from sanna in fact is almost obligatory and it means having the luck to have dinner in a different restaurant... ...Take absolutely average considering the freshness of all dishes, the impeccable service of all staff (which is now rare to find) and the tranquility offered by the new location (beautiful in summer with the outdoor tables in the garden). "discovered by friends who were invited in by the owners. We went a few days later for Sunday lunch. The owners welcomed us warmly. Every dish was explained to us. The antipasto was delicious and plentiful. Everyone enjoyed whatever they had chosen. It was a really wonderful lunch and we have already decided to visit again when family and friends visit at Christmas."
